What do you need?

Everything Lizzy does is tailored to your individual circumstances and ability - there are no caveats. She will work with you from your starting point towards your goal, encouraging and pushing you along the way. Every journey is unique, just tell her what you need:

Personal Training

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey and looking to gain confidence with the equipment, need to change up a routine that’s plateaued, or want to build some serious muscle mass, Lizzy can help you achieve your goal. 

 

 

 

Group Classes

From small groups of friends at your home to regular classes in community locations, Lizzy designs sessions suitable for everyone attending, whatever their fitness level or experience.

 

 

 

Online Classes

30-60 minute sessions via Zoom for one person or larger classes.

The focus of the session is agreed in advance so participants have the right equipment or space available for the session.

 

 

 

Nutrition Advice

Fitness is only one part of the equation. Lizzy has spent over 20 years breaking down the 'good and the bad' in eating/drinking habits and will share her knowledge and tips.

She can design a diet plan or just help you to make the best choices in every situation.

 

 

Fitness Confidence

Lizzy can help you to build confidence and face the issues that are stopping you from tackling your fitness. 

She will help you to confront your fears, break down any mental barriers there may be and help you on a new journey towards your fitness goal.

 

 

Total Rebuild

If you want to completely change your life, Lizzy can help you to overhaul your fitness regime, nutrition choices and mental approach, enabling you to live healthy & happy.
